- Do I need to make a booking?
- We recommend that you call in advance to book your accommodation, especially in regards to peak times, in order to avoid disappointment. Bookings can be made over the phone, or via email.
- What linen is needed for Cabin bookings?
- Bedding such as: pillows, blankets, sheets; you will also need to bring your own bathroom items, such as towels.
- What are the Check In and Check Out times?
- Check In: 2 PM
- Check Out: 10 am
- Do you have laundry facilities?
- We have three laundries, with washing machines and dryers located within the park, one in each of our amenities blocks.
- Please note these machines operate on $1 coins only.
- Do you allow Day Visitors?
- Yes! All visitors to the Park must register at the office upon arrival. Day visitor fees apply.
- Can I bring pets?
- No, we do not allow pets in the Park.
- Do you close over winter?
- Yes, the park is closed from the Tuesday after the Queen’s Birthday Long Weekend in June, until the first Friday of August.
- Can I drink the tap water?
- The tap water in the park is NOT fit for drinking. We recommend you bring bottled water with you or purchase bottles from our Kiosk during your stay.
